We have recently delivered the Building Operating & Maintenance Documents for the new Durham Council HQ, another project continuing our long-standing relationship with Kier Construction in the North East of England. This new facility built on the former Sands car park in Durham City centre is designed to reduce running costs, enable council staff to embrace modern ways of working and boost year-round trade within the city centre.
